We had always wanted to have a Tonkinese join our family, and he has lived up to all our expectations. We were involved with Penny every stage of the way, from the moment he was born to when he came into our eyes . It involved us in his growth journey and made us feel connected before we even got him. We felt like we knew Koda already. The day we received Koda was fantastic. He came so settled and purring. Penny raises kittens that have the most phenomenal personalities. Koda enjoys sleeping in with us each night, nestled up against us. He loves to talk and sing and tilts his little head like he is listening when we speak to him. He has brought so much Joy into our lives and feels like a tiny furry family member. From the moment Koda entered our home, he was confident and playful. I originally had 2 Abyssinian cats, when one passed away in late 2019 I looked for another breed of kitten to keep my remaining eight year old cat Tommy company. I was captivated by the look and personality of the Tonkinese breed that I discovered during my research.
The decision to get a Tonkinese kitten brought me into contact with Penny at Tonkadelic. In early 2020 I received not one but two beautifully Tonks, Kitty and Billy. They were litter brother and sister. Whilst I expected them to be a bonded pair since they were litter siblings, I was amazed at how quickly they bonded with my senior cat Tommy. Within weeks, they were all eating, sleeping, and playing together.
At the end of 2022, I decided to expand my little cat family and went to Penny again. She said that she had a beautiful Blue Mink Tonk, but he was a little shy. She said she would work with him on his confidence. When Joey arrived he was full of confidence and such an affectionate boy thanks to Penny. He also bonded with the other three within a few weeks, and whilst they all have their own beds, they all pile into one.
Not only does she work with her blood lines to breed stunning beautiful cats, she provides an amazing environment for the kittens, in their first 12-14 weeks, to develop into confident, well socialize and affections kittens for their new families.

We’ve had an excellent experience with Tonkadelic. At the beginning, Penny ensured that we were matched with a kitten which suited our family. Penny was frequently in contact with photos and videos and was very supportive, answering all of our questions.
